Terms and Conditions
 
These terms and conditions serve as a binding agreement between the property owner and/or management, hereby identified as “client” and Simple Pressure Solutions and its owners, employees, and subcontractors, hereby identified as “company,” for the execution or services in exchange for payment for residential or commercial exterior cleaning services to include pressure washing and non-pressure washing. The services that Simple Pressure Solutions provide to you are subject to the following terms and we reserve the right to update the terms and conditions any time without notice to you. You can review the Terms and conditions by clicking on the Terms and conditions links via our website, email communications or any other communications such as estimate or invoice links. By accepting an estimate, written or verbally, you agree to these terms.
 
Water Usage: 
You agree to provide Simple Pressure Solutions the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if water is not available.
 
Removal & Replacement of Personal Contents: 
Removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to remove items from the deck, we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues. An additional charge may be applied for the time and labor devoted to the removal of these items.

Roof Cleaning Acknowledgement:
Simple Pressure Solutions offers softwash roof cleaning as part of our comprehensive cleaning solutions. Softwash roof cleaning utilizes a gentle yet effective approach to remove stains, algae, moss, and other debris from your roof while minimizing the risk of damage to delicate roofing materials. Prices for softwash roof cleaning may vary depending on factors such as the size and condition of the roof. We will provide you with a detailed quote before commencing any work. Before starting the cleaning process, the condition of the roof will be inspected. If the roof is not in adequate condition for cleaning, we reserve the right not to proceed or may apply additional charges. While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon schedules, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions may affect the timing of the service. It is the responsibility of the property owner to ensure our team has access to the roof and surrounding areas for cleaning, and please remove any obstacles or hazards that may impede our work. We take special care to protect and rinse all plants surrounding your property during cleaning process, however, we cannot be held liable for any damage to plants that may occur despite our precautions. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property during the softwash roof cleaning service, we cannot be held liable for any pre-existing damage or unforeseen issues that may arise. Payment for service is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon, and we accept various payment methods for your convenience. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, as cancellations made within a certain timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee. We stand behind the quality of our softwash roof cleaning service, and depending on the specific circumstances, we may offer a warranty on our work. Some stains may not be removed completely and/or immediately and may require rainfall to rinse off residual growth over time. By accepting estimate for roof cleaning service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.


House Wash Acknowledgement:
Client understands that any blemish or flaw or any existing oxidation will be more noticeable after cleaning. Vinyl sided homes that have not been maintained or has contact sun exposure will be susceptible to oxidation. Signs of oxidation are as follows: chalky white powder on siding and the clear luster removed. Please understand if your home suffers from oxidation, you may see this difference after a cleaning. When home is covered with debris, those blemishes may not stand out as much as it would be after it has been cleaned. Most of the time those issues are pointed out to the client during estimate inspection or during cleaning process. Client understands that company may not find every flaw and is not reliable if it is more noticeable after wash unless it is found to be of negligence on company end. Client also understands if we do a site unseen estimate based off provided photos or use of Eagle eye software, that we will not be able to note any flaws in exterior surfaces. If we do a site unseen estimate, client understands we are not reliable for any unacknowledged flaw and will do our best to point this out at date of cleaning. Client also understands that our cleaning solution is specifically designed for our cleaning services and it will not cause any discoloration or damage to the siding. Client understands that they must shut off all outside electrical outlets and fixtures at the breaker box prior to service. Rust stain removal not included with basic house wash service.

Concrete & Fence/Deck Cleaning Acknowledgement:
Simple Pressure Solutions also offers services such as concrete cleaning, fence cleaning, and deck cleaning. These services are for the removal of ORGANIC MATERIALS ONLY such as moss, mold, algae, mildew, bacteria and lichen. Concrete cleaning will also remove the majority of dirt that has gathered on the surface of the concrete. Concrete cleaning WILL NOT remove all grease, oil, rust and other contaminants that have been allowed to soak into this extremely porous surface. Deck cleaning is also for the removal of ORGANIC MATERIALS such as mold, mildew, algae, moss, bacteria and lichen. Simple Pressure Solutions uses only low pressure and mild cleaning agents on wooden decks so that no damage occurs. However, the client understands that the potential for lightening of wood on decks is always possible while using cleaning agents.

Stains:
Some stains cannot be removed by power washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all. Windows may become water spotted as a result of our services. Window cleaning is NOT included. The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. When concrete with dirt, mold, mildew, algae and other pollutants and stains is cleaned, the concrete will then reveal any and all imperfections that the pollutants and stains have covered up. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk, or concrete slab.

Damages:
Simple Pressure Solutions Services expects your property to be in good repair and weather tight. This includes, but is not limited to all electrical services including receptacles and light fixtures. Doors and windows shall also be weathertight. Simple Pressure Solutions is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose and/cracked shingles, tiles or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters, and leaders and improper caulking, etc. In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Power washing, which entails the removal of chalky, gritty, or failing surface materials may cause the faded aspects of the vinyl or aluminum to stand out. Simple Pressure Solutions will not be responsible for such conditions. Simple Pressure Solutions will not be responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.
Any damages must be reported to Simple Pressure Solutions within 3 days of completion of service. 

Simple Pressure Solutions will be allowed 30 calendar days from the date of written receipt to inspect the premises and have the sole option in repairing or contracting repair to any damages that was result of negligence. Simple Pressure Solutions is not responsible for damage to loose siding, paint, wood, trim or windows that was damaged prior to service or found during the pre-inspection walk through. While we take great precautions to protect your property, Simple Pressure Solutions is not responsible for damage to any plants/grass during the cleaning process.

Courtesy:
While Simple Pressure Solutions is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets must be kept off the work surface for at least 24 hours after our work is completed. This is for your safety as well as our own.
 
Scheduling: 
We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your project start and completion dates. You will be notified of any changes.

Payments: 
Payments to Simple Pressure Solutions are due as per the contract schedule and are to be paid by check or cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or other approved cryptocurrencies. All balances are always due upon completion of the job. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon and in writing on our contract. Late charges will be assessed on all balances not paid in accordance with contract terms within THREE days of invoice due date initial charge is 10% of invoice total. In case of customer forfeiting service, customer is responsible for payment of portion completed. Customer must pay balance of what has been completed due upon cancellation. The customer agrees to pay any collection cost incurred by Simple Pressure Solutions related to the collection process of outstanding balances.

Acceptance of Terms:
By accepting an estimate, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. You authorize Simple Pressure Solutions to do the work as specified on the estimate. You release our company from property damage unless it is caused by negligence or willful misconducts.
